Attended Indoor Cycling course. Really good course. Tutor was really supportive and gave guidance on any issues raised. I would definitely recommend Fit Training to anyone.

Karl was open to discuss a range of topics and provided a good insight of the industry and was very supportive in my learning whilst Janet & Rob are also great in that. Will take up offer for CV support!
Natalie –
Of all the tutors I’ve met Karl was the most well prepared, attentive, conscientious and helpful I’ve come across. Wish I’d found “Fit Training International” much sooner, I’ve passed other courses not feeling competent but after my two courses here, I’m enthused and excited to teach as well as continue my CPD with this company.

The course was challenging physically and mentally. Overall great course.

The sweat was glistening! The wind was blowing my fringe gracefully as i raced down the road at lightening speed. Then i got a puncture. Game over. Other than that the course was top quality.
Grace –
I really enjoyed the day, it was informative and fun. The practical was fun and sweaty, it was great to see a spinning session in action as I hadn’t completed one for a few years.
