Study Format

Complete pre-training theory modules online then attend 1 Training Day and 1 Assessment Day, at one of our facilities in the North East or London.

You will be prompted to book your attendance days once you have started the last theory section in your student desktop.

    I really enjoyed the course, it has helped me gain a greater understanding of fitness and gave me new ideas for exercises of my own. The support from Ben was amazing helped push me through when I was finding it difficult.

    I felt that the course provided lots of useful information on the online sections and gave me lots of new and important knowledge. However, I would have enjoyed a little more guidance and input from an actual person rather than just relying on all the online segments for the majority of the course.

    Great support through email and at training day. Ben is a good tutor and obviously puts the group at ease. I felt that I still had quite a way to go before being able to teach however feedback from the group and Ben has helped me leave with confidence. The LAP booklet and online modules were very time consuming, more information on how long this might take prior to the start of the course would have been helping.
