Who are Apprenticeships for?

This source of funding is perfect for those aged 16 + who love the gym, fitness and want a career in the fitness industry. You will earn while you learn in a gym based environment getting great industry skills, qualifications, and experience.

If you’re interested in applying for an Apprenticeship, entry requirements are:

  • GCSE Grade A – C in Maths and English

If you do not have these qualifications then you may be eligible to get onto the ladder with ‘The Fit Life’ Programme Of Study, where we help you prepare for an Apprenticeship and get you to GCSE standard.

What does it involve?

Apprenticeships are the perfect way to gain an essential mix of qualifications and hands on experience. Fit Training International will help to place you with local employers, while our team of fitness experts will provide on-going training and development to ensure a long and successful career in the fitness industry.

Learn at your own pace
  • You can learn at your own pace and our team at Fit Training International will support you throughout your Apprenticeship and beyond
Career development path
  • You will have a clear understanding of your potential career and be inspired to keep on learning new skills
  • It’s the ideal opportunity to work for your local health club or gym, while training for a valued Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Gym Instruction. Once achieved, you will then be able to study for your NVQ Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma
How long does an Apprenticeship last?

They can last from 12 -18 months.
